Tinubu is currently at the mercy of the judges. He is crying to them to at lteast help him buy time. But the Judiciary itself is at the mercy of Nigerians. They can't afford to go the wrong way.

Tinubu's lawyers claiming he got 25% in FCT is a subtle way of accepting defeat. Tinubu did not get 25% in FCT. They decided to come up the claim because they can't prove that 25% is not required.
