Respondents (INEC, BAT/Shett & APC)’s Address : July 17th, 2023

Petitioner( LP & Obi)’s Address : July 25th, 2023 (7 days after Resp’s address)

Respondent’s Reply: July 31st 2023 (5 days after Petitioner’s Address)

Adoption of Addresses : August 1st 2023

PEPT Judgement : To Be Announced

NB: —Count of days includes all week days from Monday to Saturday but excludes Sundays

Latest possible date for PEPT Judgment is Sept 16th, 2023 ( which is Maximum 180 days of filing of Petitions)

As for Supreme Court —Whoever loses at Appeal Court has 14 days after the Appeal Court Judgement to file an appeal at the Supreme Court or accept the Judgment.

The Supreme Court will deliver it’s Judgment 60 days after receiving the appeal from the loser.

If all the PEPT Judges takes the maximum allotted time (180 days) and the loser from the Appeal Court takes their full 14 days before filing at the Supreme Court; And the Supreme Court uses its entire 60 days’ timeframe Then, the latest date for the Supreme Court Judgment will be Nov 29th, 2023.
