Why you should never Blame the PEPT petitioners

There is a narrative flying around and being promoted by the third columnists that Peter Obi’s Lawyers are to blame for his loss at the appeal court and didn’t prosecute his case diligently.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The Injustices at the Court of Appeal upheld objections to and struck out 10 witness statements on oath out of 13 witnesses that testified.

They also struck out the evidence tendered through them only to turn around to accuse LP of starving their case of evidence. It is very disingenuous and dishonorable.

How do you cut off a man’s leg and turn around to blame him for not walking?

Since when did it become the LAW to front-load evidences of persons to be subpoenaed to testify at the time of filing a Petition? What kinda jurisprudence is that? How do you know what they will say? And how do you make them sign what is penned down? This flies in the face of elementary logic. Amazing? There are more amazing things but we’ll wait until we see the CTC of the Judgement.

In the interim, all those who are promoting that narrative should DEAD  it  IMMEDIATELY and instead ask the salient questions:  Why would Justices issue subpoenas only to turn around and claim during judgement that it was issued in error? WHY?

Those Nigerian Injustices with their nuances should be ashamed of themselves and posterity will judge them in due time.

LP lawyers did everything humanly possible to get the CTC of documents from INEC…. INEC refused to give it to them and later released an 18,000 blurred sheet of papers…. LP lawyers severally made this known to the judges and they did nothing…

INEC Chairman was subpoenaed severally and Mahmood Yakubu ignored all… And the judges who were busy talking nonsense said nothing and Nigerians were watching…

Only a Fool would watch what happened yesterday and believe it wasn’t a joke and worst still begin to find fault with both LP and PDP petitioners.

For now, we head to the SC!

Dear Well-Meaning Nigerians (Obidients)

Today is a good day to remind you that regardless of the charade that happened yesterday, you are a hero/heroine

You stood up for what is right
You stood up for justice and fairness
You stood up for truth and equity

You absolutely did NOTHING wrong, don’t ever let anyone gaslight you!

Be proud, be confident and be assured that your names have been written in gold!

Again, don’t be somber, it’s not the end of the road! ❤️

How can we ever forget or forgive this Evil man called Mahmood Yakubu?

Watch the above video again…. Mahmood Yakubu was responding to a rumor of INEC changing the goal post during the world cup finals…..

Guess what, Mahmood Yakubu Suspended an Electoral act signed into law and set Nigerians back to 2010 era…

And the Almighty 5 Judges said nothing about it but applaud them…

Shame on them all… Posterity would never be kind to them and Mahmood Yakubu with Festus Okoye can never know peace….
