The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, PEPT has come to a close yesterday as both the Petitioners and Respondents gave their final addresses.
It was so glaring that both APC and their brother INEC have nothing to defend as they couldn’t prove where they got the results upon which they declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu the winner of the election.
However, amongst the 5 justices presiding over this case, Justice Tsammani seems to be obviously tilting towards APC/INEC from his body languages and most likely to give a biased judgement.
Meanwhile, well Meaning Nigerians have messages for him :

We have followed the case from day one, we’ve read all the petitions, we have had all the details broken down for us and we have read the relevant provisions in the constitution and the electoral Act and we have listened and read the arguments and what is apparent is that not disqualifying Tinubu requires the turning of the constitution on its head.
We don’t trust you, but we are willing to wait till you give your judgement proving us right or wrong….

Justice Haruna Tsammani displayed today that he is willing to TRUNCATE justice in order to please Bola CRIMINAL Tinubu.
I hope Justice Haruna Tsammani knows that the STABILITY of Nigeria depends on ensuring that JUSTICE PREVAILS.
