The Federal Government Of Nigeria has introduced the Proof of Ownership Certificate (POC) for all registered vehicles in Nigeria. This new policy, set to be implemented nationwide, requires vehicle owners to obtain the certificate annually, unlike the previous practice where it was only obtained when purchasing a used vehicle or changing the engine.
