The Federal Government has disbursed the entire $322.5 million Abacha loot of 2017 to 1.9 million poor and vulnerable Nigerians. Before making the disbursement, the money accrued an interest of $11 million where it was deposited. Anambra poor farmers to get N20m farm inputs from FG, IFAD

THE federal government and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) are to assist poor farmers in Anambra State with agricultural inputs worth N20 million. ASUP calls off two-week warning strike

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) has ended its two-week warning strike over the federal government’s failure to meet its demands. Some of ASUP’s demands include the payment of the N15bn revitalisation fund for polytechnics, payment of minimum wage arrears, and review of conditions of service, among others.
