The judges are back

Looks like Justice Tsammani went to eat biscuits oh…

Follow up from Part 1…. #PEPTLiveUpdates : Labour Party resume Tribunal hearing today

I’m seeing the admissibility of the evidence around his mouth…

SAN Audu Anuga is now on his feet for Labour Party and Peter Obi to tender IReV documents for 21 LGA in Adamawa State All respondents have objected to the admissibility of the documents as usual.

Justice Tsammani has now admitted these documents as evidence before the court and tagged them as exhibits.

SAN Anuga: My lord may I invite your attention to page 19 of the 7th schedule, I’m grateful my lord. Thank you my lord. Na wa oh, all this my lord, my lord, it’s making my head big small. How can I become a judge sharp sharp without going to law school.

SAN Afuba: My lord, please turn to the 7th schedule, than you my lord. On that schedule there are some that written as general blurred because they are so blurred that you cannot see anything even on IReV, so we had to reach out to INEC to produce the documents. So I will tender the 20 LGA for Ogun State now my lord. Thank you my lord. SAN Afuba has now rendered to bar the IReV evidence.

All respondents have sang their songs as usual “We object to the admissibility of these documents” Justice Tsammani and the other judges are currently looking through the documents.

Justice Tsammani has now admitted the IReV documents as evidence before the court and tagged them as exhibit.

SAN Anuga: My lord, we humbly apply that you look through page 21 of that same schedule. My lord those documents have been tagged as generally blurred also. We want to tender these evidence also my lord.

Justice Tsammani: Anuga I can see Sagamu and other places listed here as blurred but the schedule is not listed here.

SAN Anuga: Kindly check through my lord, it’s listed my lord. Justice Tsammani: Let is finish with this one first and we would look for that one later.

SAN Anuga: Thank you my lord. The INEC lawyer is now on his feet to do the normal thing, OBJECT. All respondents have objected to the admissibility of these documents. ‘This APC lawyer today like grammer. Just object as usual and move on’.

APC: My lord, like the rock that is strong and solid, we

Justice Tsammani cuts in: That rock is not in Nigeria oh ‘Everyone bursts with laughter’

APC: That metaphor is applicable in this case my lord.

Justice Ugo: It is not oh, which rock are you solid like, there are other metaphors to use

APC: Okay my lord, as constant as the Northern Star, the 4th respondent stands on the decision to object to the so called documents tagged as generally blurred.

Na wa oh, SAN literature in English Justice Tsammani has now admitted the documents as evidence before the court and tagged them as exhibits.

SAN Anuga: If I may my lord, can you please turn to Page 16 of the same 7th schedule my lord, I am grateful my lord. Thank you my lord.

My lord, this relates to Ekiti State and it covers to page 16 to page 17 and it list out 16 LGA my lord. My lord, I bet to humbly apply to tender this document my lord. Thank you my lord. This Labour Party lawyer likes to say my lord oh, only him has finished all the my lord, my lord in the whole legal dictionary.

All the respondents OBJECT to the documents presented by Labour Party and Peter Obi’s lawyers but this APC SAN Literature in English has come again

APC: My lord, our position to this is as strong and solid as Zuba rock as we stand strong like the rock to object to the documents presented and tendered by the petitioners

Justice Tsammani: Okay not Aso rock because it’s not solid

APC: No my lord the choice of zuba rock is because of separation of power Justice Tsammani: Which separation, you’re the one that separated it.

Justice Ugo: Instead of you to pick the rock in your village beside your house in plateau you’re picking the rock that cannot stand.

Justice Ugo: I hope the road to the rock in your village is clear and not blurred like some documents.

SAN Anuga just stated they submitted an 8th schedule this morning and is seeking approval to go ahead. Justice Tsammani has now asked for feedback from the INEC lawyers INEC gave a nod reluctantly after complaining about the schedule. Justice Tsammani has asked SAN Anuga to go ahead. SAN Anuga is now tendering IReV documents for Rivers State as related to 19 LGA’s All respondents have objected to the admissibility of the document.

Justice Tsammani has now admitted the Rivers State IReV result as evidence and tagged it as exhibits. SAN Anuga: My lord if you can turn to the page 6 of the 8th schedule my lord, I seek to tender IReV results for Edo State for 13 local government, my lord, thank you my lord. INEC: We don’t have that yet, we can at object until we see the documents my lord.

So they know they would still object. ‘So apparently schedule for Edo State is not complete and SAN Anuga has applied to move on to Akwa Ibom while looking through a load of bucket packed evidence’. About 6 hefty lawyers are now walking into the courtroom with more bucket of evidence.

SAN Anuga has just told the judges he’d need 15 minutes to put the evidence together and the judges are not having it

Justice Tsammani: So we would sit here and be waiting for you for 15 minutes

SAN Anuga: No my lord, that is not what I mean my lord. My lord I mean that I need 15 minutes to tender to bar.

Justice Tsammani: So which are we doing now. SAN Anuga: My lord Akwa Ibom. 23 LGA in Akwa Ibom my lord. IReVs my lord. So SAN Anuga has now tendered for Akwa Ibom. As usual all the respondents have objected to the documents Justice Tsammani has now tagged the documents as evidence before the court and marked them as exhibits.

From All Tendered So Far And the More to Come

There is NO Way BAT Won’t Be Removed

The Evidence Are Too Overwhelming

The Malpractices Are Way Too Glaring

Even the Judges Won’t Wanna Play With This!

See you tomorrow in court…
