Outrage in Imo as PVCs were exhumed (video)

It was really an unfortunate situation at Imo State as Thousands of permanent voters card ( PVC) were discovered buried underground in a gutter.

The video as shown casts aspersions on the veracity of INEC in the adequate distribution of the PVCs.

INEC could actually send the PVCs to several wards to help lessen the stress of millions struggling to collect the PVCs at the various INEC offices.

Imo indigenes are not finding this funny..
