Asomugha dynasty family Reunion creates History (pictures)

The Great Asomugha Family dynasty in Igbo-Ukwu, Aguata Local Government of Anambra state creates history with a maiden edition of the family reunion up to 3rd Generation which lasted from the Thursday, 4th- Monday, 8th April, 2024.

The epoc making event took place at the catholic retreat center, Okpuno, Awka Diocese, Anambra State.

The chief conveners of the event, Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Patrick Asomugha & Mr. IfeanyiChukwu Asomugha were remarkably emphatic about the essence of family.

“There is no such thing as a perfect family, behind every door there are issues, the difference is accepting and encouraging each family member as they are not as we would like them to be – Catherine Pulsifier.”

A family Reunion is a time to remember.. A time to laugh.. A time to celebrate.. A time to share old stories and make new memories.

A time to see each other and the new faces all around us and find reflections of ourselves in hearts both young and old.

A reunion is coming together that strengthens the bond of family and reminds us of the gift of belonging.

A chance to share our history

A reason to celebrate our past

A time to welcome our future…”

How else can it be described the awesomeness of having a total of one hundred and seventeen (117) individuals coming up from a single family dynasty?

That’s God’s grace if not more!

Just from two Great Grand Parents of LATE Mr & Mrs Celestine Asomugha and Late Mr and Mrs Josephat Asomugha cometh all these offsprings.
