The pastor who was in the news for gifting Deborah Samuel’s family with 14 flats, Car and scholarship in Portharcourt (video) is here again with yet another giant step towards helping Nigerians get their PVCs.
He also offered to pay INEC officials extra money if they work on Sundays.
