We are ready to keep bringing you updates on the PEPT hearing at the Appeals Court Abuja, tomorrow.

The LP legal team is almost done with presenting evidence for the states and LGA they are contesting the election results for, and should be done by midweek, next week.

The next anticipated line of argument is “GROUND 1: Tinubu was, at the time of the election not qualified to contest the election.” – Shettima’s double-nomination will be argued under this Ground with Form EC9 , EC11A, and EC11C tendered in court as evidence. – Tinubu’s $460k forfeiture argument will also be discussed under Ground 1.

I don’t think they will wrap everything all up next week based on the pace they are moving but something tangible should be achieved next week. “See you all in court tomorrow morning!”
