Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC who recently Extended the Deadline for PVC collection has come under serious scrutiny by Nigerians lately.
INEC seems to be trying their best to deliver a free and fair elections by 25th of February but some of their staff seem to doing their best to scuttle it.

A very proud and corrupt female INEC official in Emene, Enugu has been caught on camera proudly demanding the sum of 1,000 naira from people before giving out their PVCs.
Similar or even worse situation was reported at ISOLO lagos where thousands of Registrants were seen trying to get their PVCs to no avail.
INEC, what’s really happening?
Are these deliberate efforts?
