Some gunmen suspected to be enforcers of IPOB’s sit at home order have burnt some vehicles along Anwai-Illah road in ogbolu, Oshimili North Local government area this morning as police have cordoned off the area and raised alertness level.
The police command in the state through the public relations officer, Edafe Bright confirmed the attack to TVC news correspondent but unable to say who was responsible for the attack.
Though no life was lost but four vehicles were burnt including three articulated vehicles conveying Cement.
Businesses around the area where the incident occurred are shut but in Asaba the capital the normal commercial and other activities are going on.
One thing this would teach our Igbo leaders are to never take things, especially any form of criminality for granted…. These rascality was coming up but government ignored but now, the monsters have grown…. Delta State government should step up.!
