Chimamanda Adichie chides French journalist in Nigeria defense (video)

Award winning Nigerian Novelist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie had subtly chided a French journalist after she asked her a question she deemed derogatory to her beloved country, Nigeria.

During the interview, she was asked if her books are being read in Nigeria and she replied.. “surprisingly yes.

She was rather visibly irked when she asked if there are bookstores in Nigeria.
