Petrol Tankers Go on A Two-day warning strike

 

Petrol tankers in Anambra state have embarked on a two day warning strike. The strike action which commenced today has crippled all motorable activities in the state as most transport owners were seen scampering for petrol.

Jkcyno news gathered that the grieving petrol tankers were angry at the state government for the manner and way they demolished one of the Petrol station in Onitsha, Anambra state without due compensation .

This action has made pertol pump price to rise to 300/ltr in most places as some have to travel to UgwuOba, the neighboring state to buy petrol.

It’s still expected to last through tomorrow unless an agreement accord is struck today.
