What could that be pointing at ?..is someone, somewhere reassuring someone that… Hei, don’t mind the Judiciary…..they’re all in my bag?

3. Tinubu’s new Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, is the one and only Lead Counsel for the APC, in the Presidential Elections Petitions Tribunal.
Before the Elections, same man once praised REAL-TIME TRANSMISSION OF VOTES to the IREV, as a major gamechanger in the 2022 Electoral Act that’d prevent ballot box snatching & other electoral crimes (see quoted tweet), but he went on to PEPT to argue that there is no provision in the operative law governing the conduct of elections in Nigeria that makes it mandatory for presiding officers to electronically transmit/transfer results from the polling units directly to INEC’s collation system (basically arguing a non-issue cos the LP never mentioned INEC’s COLLATION SYSTEM. The issue is upload to IREV).
That’s your new AG & MoJ. A man who sets his own questions outside the issues, and begins to answer them by himself.
