Yobe Youths Petition INEC To Recall Their Representatives

The youths of Yobe south in Yobe state government have Unanimously agreed to recall their law makers who they regrettably have passed votes of no confidence on albeit their appraisal.

They wrote below :

Sir,
PETITION BROUGHT PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 69, AND 110 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA 1999 (AS AMENDED)BY THE ELECTORATES OF THE YOBE SOUTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT FOR THE RECALL/WITHDRAWAL OF THEIR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES TO WIT;SENATOR IBRAHIM MOHAMMED BOMOI,HONORABLE FATIMA S, TALBA AND HONORABLE AHMED ADAMU FROM BOTH THE FEDERAL AND THE STATE LEGISLATIVE HOUSES.

The above subject matter refers.
We,the undersigned registered voters/electorates regrettably notify your good office that we have lost confidence in the representations of Senator Ibrahim Mohammed Bomoi (The senator representing Yobe south),Honorable Fatima S.Talba (The member representing Nangere/Potiskum Federal Constituency)and Honorable Ahmed Adamu(The member representing Potiskum Constituency)hence,the necessity for this petition signifying our collective well-informed decjsion to recall/withdraw them from both the national and the state legislative houses.

It is however pertinent to state that,we felt so neglected by the said members with no direct,indirect or even remote traces of their presence in our communities.

It became evident to us that they only wanted our votes after-which they left us stranded and helpless.As a result of the current hardships in the land,few households in our communities find it difficult to eat while many go to sleep in hunger let alone to talk of other dally basic life necessities.

Child mortality has Increased sharply in the past few weeks as people cannot afford medical bills and adequate foods.

 

Very big kudos to these youths….. Aside protests…

Since they took away the rights for citizens to vote and choose their leaders…. They should begin to look towards this side of recall.

These are members that get elected on a particular party, move to National Assembly and form a unitary legislation where they would be signing on your mandate they shall stand…

Let Nigerians start recalling some of  these greedy and wicked law(breakers)
