It’s no longer news that a slap was served hot 🔥 and wig flung during Soludo’s inauguration ceremony earlier today at the government house.
The debate ongoing in the state is who actually slapped and who received the slap.
Hence, “the slapper and the slappee”…
Unfortunately, the new fresh oven baked “Charlie Nwa mgbafor”Govenor of Anambra State, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo never allowed much people into the scene hence, Jkcyno news Correspondents were hanging at the fence of the government zooming from afar.
However, as an Engineer, i would try to divulge the whole situation using Pythagoras theorem as slap remains a constant to calculate who actually slapped who at the event while rounding off my answer to the nearest whole number.

According to AIF Media, a fight broke out at the venue of the swearing in ceremony of Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo this morning when Iyom Bianca Odimegwu Ojukwu slapped the out gone First Lady of Anambra, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano.
AIF Media reporter at the venue said, the fight started when Mrs Obiano who came late to the occasion was going round to greet the dignitaries. On getting to where Bianca sat, she said. “Bianca so you are here, I thought you said you will never attend any APGA event again.”
Ojukwu’s wife who was provoked by that silly remark stood up quickly and gave her a dirty slap….. “Kpawaiiiiiiiii” and dragged her wig off her head.
This caused disruption to the oath of office being taken by Prof Charles Soludo who was signing some documents as at the time of the slap.

Ebelechukwu wasn’t at the event when it started but Bianca was there seated….
It means, she was relaxed and didn’t need to walk around..
Ebelechukwu walked to her and definitely made some annoying statements as reported above to spike her probably forgetting so soon that Bianca was the wife of a veteran war lord, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu who must have learnt one or two combatant style from him before his demise.

Ebelechukwu Obiano was the lady on pink who was being dragged away…
Bianca Ojukwu was the lady one fortunate and lucky man was hugging for free in the guise of “separation technique”.

Ebelechukwu Obiano was seen visibly mad 😡 meaning her face had been pummeled with “Ezigbote Ura chalu ọkụ” (hot slap). Why would she be the one being dragged away and the angry one struggling with her wig if she was the one who slapped Bianca?

Before she got to where her husband, Willie Obiano was who couldn’t get up was seen pointing at the Inauguration stand which she obviously truncated, she was heard shouting at Bianca, saying, “Ashawo…..”
Sounded more like words from a defeated soldier…..

What a shame that really was and the International embarrassment to women especially now they are seeking for equality with men and more inclusion in governance…… 😂

A committee will be set up to look into the slap. Like Russia, it’s obvious Obiano’s wife aggressively invaded Bianca (Ukraine) 
What happened during the invasion was a nuclear slap from one mad end that uprooted the gele of the invader…the scoreline is still 3-1 but VAR is still confirming whether the goal stands, since it was scored with the hand (the hot slap).
The goodnews is that spectators didn’t need to buy tickets to watch the valedictory fight, and NATO (Obiano) did not involve himself in the fight.
