Its was a black friday at the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, as a 200 level student, David Ogbonna who lives in the school hostel (Basil block D room 332) committed suicide.
David was found dangling with a rope round his neck beside a wardrobe in his room. He was a student of the Department of industrial physics whose parents are both pastors.
The school management has since released an official statement regarding the unfortunate incident.
