Ajuri: “In view of public commentary concerning the” President “delivering a speech before a Joint Sitting of the National Assembly tomorrow, May 29, 2024, it is important to state that this information is false and unauthorized as the Office of the President was not involved in the planning of the event.

STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS IS FALSE – AJURI

Confusion has emerged within the presidency regarding  Bola Tinubu’s scheduled address to the National Assembly.

Earlier, Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, announced that Bola Tinubu would address a joint session of the National Assembly on Wednesday, as part of the 25th anniversary of Nigeria’s democratic journey.
This statement was echoed by a similar announcement from the National Assembly Clerk, Sani Magaji.
However, Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, refutes these claims, stating that the information was “false and unauthorized”
Ngelale asserts that the Office of the President was not involved in planning the event.

Wahala no dey finish…. What a country,… What a group of people… If they can’t have a simple coordination of information dissemination as this, how much more with coordinated leadership? Shame…
