Most Nigerians are very keen on knowing the date for the final PEPT Judgment and even more keen on knowing the expiry date of the constitutional 180days of PEPT.
Just so you all know, Peter Obi’s case at the Tribunal should be 180 days according to law.
The last possible date for final conclusion and judgement is September 16th 2023, meaning that the case MUST NOT go beyond September 16 at the Tribunal.

Good part is that everything concluded on time, earlier than scheduled due to the small number of witness and evidence presentation from APC and INEC lawyers. So those weeks they were supposed to use to present their own evidences became free weeks and free time for the court, since both APC and INEC closed their case early without witnesses, making the Tribunal conclude adoption of addresses earlier than scheduled.
If not for that fact, the PEPT would have concluded hearing and adoption of addresses by 13th or 14th August which is just this Monday (4 days ago)
So according to schedule, we should have still been in court until Monday and then wait for judgement date latest by September 16.
So if the judges decide to use that September 16 as the judgement date, it is still within law and that decision lies solely on them.
One thing is for sure, judgement date CANNOT go beyond Sept 16.
So while we remain on their necks to give us a date, let’s also put that in mind.
Note that the quicker the PEPT gives the judgement, the earlier the Supreme Court can start final proceedings and the Supreme Court has 60 days to give final judgement.
So whatever happens, September 16 is the final day for PEPT judgment and NOVEMBER 29th 2023 is the final possible date for the judgement from Supreme Court.
So no matter what happens, Mr Bulaba 🌽 and his Borno deputy will leave the Presidential seat they stole before December.
Full stop!
So, don’t fall for their games, there’s overwhelming evidence.
We are very close to victory.
