Majority of Nigerians have lost hope in the Nigerian Judicial system, reason most seem indifferent about the Peter Obi/LP Filing 51 Grounds at Supreme Court challenging the devilish Appeal court judgment.
Understandably well understood…!!!!
Now, we reported that Atiku wins in US court as Court Orders CSU to Release Tinubu’s records.
So many have asked, of what essence would this be to the case in the Nigerian court?
First, let me draw your attention to few highlights on that judgement from the USA 🇺🇸.
The best part of Judge Jeffrey Gilbert’s judgment was when he turned down Chicago State University’s request to respond in writing to questions about BAT’s documents within 7 days.

The judge ruled that they didn’t show good cause to merit such & ordered them to appear in person! So, as the questions are being thrown at them, they’d have to answer immediately. No time for mago mago.
If it is inJustice Tsammani and his band of corrupt friends, they’ll rule the other way…. They’d ask Atiku to prove that Tinubu didn’t attend Chicago state university while ignoring Chicago State University from giving him all the necessary information needed….. Same way they asked Peter Obi to prove over voting and PU results even when they saw INEC present 18k blurred results sheets certified by same INEC… Tụfịakwa!
The judge has ordered them to provide all the information asked by Atiku’s lawyers within TWO MARKET DAYS. (48HRS)..
In 2 days, we will know if Bola Tinubu is a male or female that went to CSU…
Now, i want to put it out there once again that since NIGERIANS WITNESSED THE MOST FUNNY AND ABOMINABLE PEPT judgment on the 6th of September from Justice Tsammani and his crew, Nigerians already knew that they were solving the equation having known the Answer ab initio….. 😂
FEW GOALS TO BE ACHIEVIED
1. It would be officially on record if proven in the USA 🇺🇸 court that the man presented as the President of Nigeria is a certified Criminal.
Yea, it would be on record for Centuries to come to read….
2. The world would actually understand that while dealing with Nigerian Government henceforth..
3. The criminal Chicago State University abetting crime would be put to permanent shame once and for all as Certificate forger University.
4. The guilt of wrong judgement would be staring in the faces of the Nigerian Judiciary.
5. Nigerian Judiciary would officially see the difference between Justice and Injustice.
6. They can pretend all they want they they don’t care, surely, they would care someday.
7. Those supporting the man from Chicago would actually understand that they are following the wrong part.
8. Assuming, the Supreme Court judges ain’t whom they are or appear to be…this Revelations in the Public domain would definitely guide their thoughts in Judgement…. Justice is supposed to be seen and felt not Technicalities of Evil 😈.
8. Alas, Well meaning Nigerians might lose the fight but never lost the battle..
MILLIONS OF NIGERIANS WORLDWIDE would be proud to prove that the man MAHMOOD YAKUBU AND FESTUS OKOYE in collaboration with 5 Judges installed is not meant to be ab initio….

Congratulations to Mr. Atiku and his team for their consistency in getting the US Court to order CSU to release Mallam Tinubu’s academic record. I believe this will ultimately reveal the character of who we are about to hand over the fate of more than two hundred million Nigerians. To some of the Nigerian political elites this is the fundamental issue surrounding the most recently held Presidential election in the country. A president of any country must be a trusted character that his citizenry cannot doubt the truthfulness of his words. Mind you after this certificate disclosure by CSU, the next in line is another trust issue. And that was his involvement in drug dealing in Chicago before returning home to become the Governor of the Lagos State. As a matter of fact, the richest State in the country. We all knew the amount of corruption that surrounded his administration through out his stay in office and beyond regarding how he enriched himself with the State treasures. Of course, there are other corruption charges that require thorough investigation before Nigerians will be comfortable with Tinubu’s Presidency. We cannot afford to be moving from the previous corrupt administration to something similar or worse than that. Period.
