Buhari’s version of APC spent 8 years, sinking Billions into the 4 moribund Refineries and ended Commissioning a supposed Dangote Private Refinery as a major achievement.
No problem….
The question is…. Why are APC bent on deceiving Nigerians with false hope about Dangote Refinery?
Exactly what people who are in the know will tell you.
Plus those who professionally make a living from these will attest to it.

For those who knows, the size of this projects means no less than 1-2 years is necessary to go to complete these, assuming funding is not a problem and manpower availability.
It will take some time, if he follows through.
But we are not close to RFC!
Another Question…
There are many questions that remain to be asked and answered about the Dangote refinery:
– Will @DangoteGroup pay for the crude supplies in US$? At full capacity and at current $75/bbl, crude intake forex outlay will be $18 billion/year
– If 400kbbl/day of the capacity is channeled for local sales in Naira, how will the refinery get the forex to pay for the crude? From CBN that is short of forex?
– If Dangote decides to export most of the products to earn forex in order to pay off their huge $ denominated loans and huge no of expat workers, how will petroleum products importation be reduced in the near term?
– Nigeria currently produces only 1.4 million barrels/day.
– Diverting 0.65 million barrels/ day to the refinery will drop crude exports to less than 800k/ day.
– What is the rationale for Nigeria still being a member of OPEC? A getting a quota to limit their production?
-What is Nigeria, a country of 200M that should be consuming more than 4 million barrels/ day doing in OPEC? When will leaders actually think 🤔?
– These are just a few questions.
What These guys want to do is… Import Refined fuel… Discharge it at Dangote Refinery and Few thankers would be refueling from it and it would be themed….. Dangote Refinery is working… Clap for APC and BAT…..deceitful… Lies…
