Nigerians woke to a rather awkward news of the Ministry of Education proposing for Nigerian students to be 18years old before taking WASSCE.
Unfortunately, i think ASUU is trying to agree with them for whatever reasons with different back and forth arguments.

No country restricted its “child prodigy,” except Nigeria. Kids as early as 10 become geniuses all over the world, because they were exposed to enabling environment at that formative stage.
In Nigeria, her dream would have been dashed. Your 18 Years Rule makes no sense at all.
Their 18 year old rule is not only backward, it is evil..& satanic .
On the contrary, they could engage in all sorts of pedophilia, marrying off 12 year old girls.
So, 12 year old girls are good for marriage but not good for University….. Abi?
Some Nigerians are beginning to think that Education is under attack in Nigeria…
If not, how do you begin to explain that the life of a bright Nigerian child would be paused just others to measure up in the guise of being too young..
Being too young for what exactly?
Yet, their job descriptions would stipulate age (very young age) to be able to secure a job.

These are cases of exceptional kids….. They’re not too many…. Very few..
Would you punish them and pack them in a store, waiting to be hatched?
This law must be revoked with immediate alacrity…
