The breathtaking Goal that qualified Cameroon in the Women’s world cup ( video)

 

Cameroon and Nigeria are the two African female teams that progressed to the last 16 in the on-going women’s world cup in France. The later’s qualification was based on the outcome of another’s match while the former’s qualification was purely by their making.

The Super Falcons of Nigeria 🇳🇬 needed Chile to defeat Thailand by at least 3 goals to progress to the next level. Chile missed a dine minute penalty which led to their exit as the match ended in 2-0.

However, Cameroon had their fate on their hand as they needed to win New Zealand. Cameroon scored the first goal which they subsequently canceled with an own goal. It was a very difficult match as Cameroon had to score a stunning goal with ‘4 seconds remaining in the final additional time ,5mins to seal their fate.

Nigeria would have to face Germany as Cameroon rocks horns with England.
