Arise Tv which earlier invited 4 of the top presidential candidates, Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kwamkwaso to a Town hall debate for 7:30pm. It seems Tinubu declined which made Arise tv replace him
