[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Anambra Broadcasting Service ABS digital studios has been certified as one of the digital broadcast stations to be switched over in the next phase of the on going digital switch over in the country. The Director General National Broadcasting Commission Mallam Ishiaku Madibo announced this after his tour of the multi million
