Saraki, Mohammed Picked as PDP Northern consensus candidates
Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki and Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, have been penned down by the Northern Elders’ Forum as the anointed candidates for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s presidential ticket. This decision comes after series of consultations by both Saraki and Mohammed, alongside Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal and businessman, Mohammed Hayatudeen, to produce a consensus candidate for the region.
