The Returning officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in the just concluded gubernatorial election in Abia state, Prof. Nnenna oti who led an impeccable election collation in Rivers state was greeted to a heroine welcome in his institution, Federal University of Technology, Owerri, FUTO upon her return.

Prof. Nnenna oti while addressing her people in FUTO narrated how she stood her ground upon all sorts of inducements thrown at her ranging from bribery, threat and others.

Prio to that, the students and staff of the university went round the school with musical instruments chanting and praising their Vice chancellor for making them proud in Abia state and Nigeria at large.
