Peter Obi’s keynote speech at Dominican University, Ibadan as Pro-Chancellor (video)

His Excellency, Peter Gregory Obi was in Ibadan, Oyo state earlier yesterday as the keynote speaker to the Dominican University.

Peter Obi, who is a Pro-Chancellor to the University admonished the graduating students to be good Ambassadors of Nigeria.

Peter Obi who apologized for coming late explained he had to fly to The Olu Of Ibadan’s Palace where further endorsement was made.

Obi promised to snap a photograph with each of the graduating students to make up for coming late.
