The leading presidential candidate, Peter Gregory Onwubuasi Obi of the Labour party has shown some glaring and unprecedented wisdom in the way he responds to seemingly derogatory statements from his opponents ahead of the presidential elections.
Peter Obi even before becoming the president of Nigeria come May 29th has continued to inspire most Nigerians on how to react to issues or insults and turn it around to your own favor without returning insult for insult.
You’d recall how Peter Obi responded to Soludo at Lagos Business school (video) in a very calm way which immediately buried all the anticipated animosity that Soludo’s unfortunate and reprehensible tweet against him could have caused.
El Rufai in a bid to berate Peter Obi, referred to him as a Nollywood actor, Peter Gregory Obi in his usual calm and intelligent response didn’t disappoint. He turned it around for his own good.

Moreso, Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his usual insulting nature which he does often in most of his campaigns didn’t fail to join the queue of those cashing on Peter Obi’s good name. He referred to Peter Obi as the Biblical Peter who denied Jesus.
Peter Obi responded by reminding him that inspite of Peter denying Jesus, yet, Christ built his church on him the Rock..hence, on this Rock Peter, a New Nigeria 🇳🇬 would be built.
