W: by my reports no glitches were recorded on that date
L: Are you aware that between a customer of AWS and AWS itself there is usually a non disclosure agreement
W: I am not aware. I am aware of service level agreement

Subpoena was successfully served to INEC, so they sent Funmilayo Taiwo to drop documents in INEC’s possession

Funmilayo: : I am here on behalf of the one dated 30th May. In respect of document A, we don’t have anything like that in existence. B-E are coming from the states for logistics reasons we don’t have them yet; We are just with the documents listed in R and S, INEC manual and regulations
Dr Livy: it is unfair to us.. we close our case this week.
INEC rejected the subpoena served on them. They should produce ALL documents before the close of our case.
AB Mahmood SAN: relying on section 74 Electoral Act, this is impracticable.

Justice Tsamani: what is the way forward in this application
Dr Livy: my lord, I pray to this court prays that since INEC having failed to provide the full documents requested by the order of this court, that they be mandates them to produce it TOMORROW The court has requested the petitioners (LP) to provide the documents which shows they have made these applications for the documents. Stating that LP didn’t show enough evidence that they applied for the documents.
Dr Livy has applied to see the Certified True Copies of the Documents presented by INEC from Court while praying to the court to prevail on INEC to provide the full documents
There’s an ensuing argument back & forth, something doesn’t feel right here!

SAN Livy to Funmi from INEC SAN Livy: You people have been running away from subpoena since 30th of May Funmi: I am only here because they just served us yesterday. It was yesterday The whole court shouts ahhhhhh Liar, Liarnel Funmilayo Messi
SAN Livy: We requested for documents when are we going to have it Funmi: I don’t have documents here, there are in different states and we will need to use logistics to bring them from various places as soon as possible SAN Livy stands up in anger

Justice Tsammani: So when would you provide the documents they need Funmi: We don’t have them here. We would need logistics and when they pay for it we will provide.
SAN Livy: What is that, we have paid and the ones we paid for we have not even fully received. If you provide the documents today, we pay for them today. What is that, coming here to sound like we refused to pay. If it’s the money you’re after we will give you now and when we give you now, you must give us the documents now now now. ‘Ahhhhh, opoorrrr
Justice Tsammani: Livy they said they don’t have the documents and you’re saying they should give you now. What is that Labour Party lawyers immediately start’s murmuring
Justice Tsammani speaks angrily: Livy talk to lawyers. What is this. Why are they behaving like this. Murmuring in courts and all such. Is that how you are trained. You should not be doing that in the courtroom That’s why most of you do not respect your elders. ‘Hmmm na so, elder that stole Election no be elder again oh’ SAN Livy: INEC refused to answer the subpoena. Even the court bailiff got tired of going to INEC to awns subpoena and they are all running away from service. Their conduct is the reason why we don’t have the documents and they cannot tell us they cannot give us documents today because they were served yesterday. They were served since May. Since they have ignored the subpoena all this whole, they cannot come today and say they cannot produce the documents because they just collected the subpoena. I want the documents TODAY Ossheeeyyyyyy
Funmi: I am only here to represent the INEC Chairman, we have the ICT person here that can explain to you better. In respect of document A in the subpoena we don’t have anything like that in existence. It does not exist.
Justice Tsammani: Which document Funmi: The document A Sir And the document listed as B, C,D and E are coming from various states and they would not be here on time due to logistics

It’s obvious that these Judges don’t care about this case…. They’re simply allowing INEC waste time without providing the materials by Labour party….. Nigerians are fully watching…
