Obidients are the most misconstrued non-political group in Africa currently. So many people see them as rude or bullish but on the contrary, they are only fearless, dogged and intelligently ready never to allow their stolen mandate rest.
Unfortunately, the people that stole the mandate of Nigerians are currently rattled and spend night and day cooking up funny and unnecessary propaganda against Peter Obi just to distract the attention of the Obidients from the task ahead.
Just before people forget…. Below are what Peter Obi and Obidients are in the court for….
So, Obidients, let’s have a recap of what the real issues are
1) INEC contravened its own law that stipulates mandatory transmission of election results to the IReV server in real time
2) This intentional man-made loophole allowed for state & non-state actors to interfere with,
manipulate, & mutilate already concluded election results at ward collation levels.
3) That INEC laws allow the chairman to suspend collation for up to a period of 2 weeks if there are too many obvious discrepancies, giving time for them to be resolved. Mahmood Yakubu refused to
invoke this law, which was entirely within his purview, despite the obvious widespread discrepancies.
4) That there is more than adequate evidence to show that in over 98% of mutilated results & results with discrepancies between the polling unit & what was uploaded on the IReV
portal all over the country, the common denominator is votes being deducted from the Labour Party & added to either APC or PDP.
5) That neither APC nor PDP polled the constitutionally mandatory 25% of votes in the FCT; & that despite this featuring clearly in INEC’S own laws,
Mahmood Yakubu proceeded to pronounce a winner nonetheless
6) That on evidence of the past 8 years, the judiciary has consistently sold its justice out to the highest bidder & must be reminded that the fate of a nation of over 200 million people rests on it.
7) That the judiciary must understand that all lights are now beamed on it, & that it must assume its role as a neutral arbiter whose singular aim is to deliver unbiased & unhawked justice to the taxpayers who pay their salaries.
8) Shettima has double nomination which invalidates their process.
