The embattled Governor of Enugu state, Peter Mbah’s certificate scandal lingers.
Today, NYSC tenders affidavit of fact before Enugu State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal to prove that Peter Mbah’s discharged certificate was FORGED.
Mary Nneoma Elijah from Omas and Partners has been administered Oath (see the letter below she contact NYSC to verify Peter Mbah’s certificate). She tenders her subpoena.

There was no objection to the admissibility, but they earlier objected to her testifying and will give reasons in the final address. She identifies her statement on oath and adopts the same as her evidence.
Her ID has just been tendered, with no objections. It has been admitted. The witness confirms that she applied to NYSC to authenticate Peter Mbah’s certificate in line with the freedom of information act(FOIA).
Peter Mbah Was Doing NYSC While At It, His Name Came Out For Law School He Went to Law School , After Which He Got the Appointment As Chief of Staff To Enugu State Govt So He NEVER Completed His NYSC And NEVER Got An Exemption Letter He Went On To Submit A Fake Cert To INEC A Whole Lawyer
