Thousands of Nigerians are still left frustrated as their efforts to get their permanent voters card, PVC, are getting even more stressful.
INEC had earlier announced that PVCs have been decentralized to ward level as to make the collection seamless for voters. Although, most Nigerians have been able to collect their PVCs, most are still complaining especially in lagos.
Most are accusing the INEC of intentionally frustrating the Voters from collecting their PVCs especially the ward level INEC staff.
