The embattled former MD of NDDC, Joi Numieh appeared before the panel and accused Sen. Nwaoboshi, the Chairman Senate committee on the Niger Delta for collecting N1 BILLION Monthly from NDDC.

Apparently, they travelled overseas with N85.6 million when borders were closed?
