LAGOS GUBER TRIBUNAL UPDATE:
The Tribunal have struck out the name of GRV from Jandor’s Petition.
The tribunal ruled that the LP candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour shouldn’t have been joined in the petition filed by PDP candidate Mr. Jide Adediran, so therefore, struck out the name of Arc. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour from the petition filed by the PDP candidate.
The Tribunal also struck out the suit to disqualify SanwoOlu for submitting FAKE WAEC certificate
The court cited that the certificate is not one of the grounds for qualification or disqualification under sections 177 and 182(1)(j).

Summarily, The Lagos State Guber Petition Tribunal has AFFIRMED Sanwoolu as duly elected Gov of Lagos State!
