Labour Party & PDP officially conclude 1st Trial session

The Labour party and the PDP presidential election petition tribunal, PEPT, legal team officially concluded the second part of the legal journey.

First, was election Tribunal Pre-hearing, whilst the second which was tendering of Evidences and witnesses by the Labour party and PDP which officially came to a close yesterday.

The 3rd part would be defense by the Various Respondents (INEC, Tinubu/Shettima and APC) which starts on the 3rd July, 2023.

What these implies is that all those Evidences and witness statements made would be defended by the legal team of the respondents.

The collective destinies of Millions of Nigerians (especially those that voted with their conscience) would be resting on the mercy of 5 Judges….

That’s the unfortunate situation in Nigeria…..

Meanwhile, don’t let anyone gaslight you into believing that the respondents have any meaningful case to present…

The evidences and witnesses are overwhelming against them… They can only be looking for technicalities as usual but can’t quash all these evidences..
