The Independent National Electoral Commission has commenced the distribution of Permanent Voter Cards ahead of the 2023 general election to residents at the Federal Capital Territory Headquarters, Garki-Abuja, on Monday.
Residents were seen approaching the distribution centre to pick up their PVCs.

Meanwhile, so many Registrants are complaining of INEC is yet to make their PVCs available. Example is the video below showing that of Eti-osa LGA in lagos state.
They are complaining bitterly that INEC Is telling them to return next week…. Without any concrete date in view….
So unfortunate…
