The belligerent governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasir El-Rufai has indirectly declared his own Independent People of Kaduna, IPOK after he openly challenged the siting President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari’s order.
El-Rufai who seems to be the spokesperson of the TINUBU’S APC Governor’s cabal as against Buhari’s APC gang.
He gave his own address shortly after Buhari’s address, instructing his people to completely ignore Buhari’s directives.
This is pure treason and a recipe for anarchy.
