The parish priest of St. Paul’s catholic church,Uga,Aguata local government area of Anambra state has experienced a horrible day in the hand of armed gunmen in his parish house.
Jkcyno news gathered from an eye witness that the gang of armed gunmen invaded the parish house of the priest. They were 6 young boys which the priest described the youngest of being around 15 years of age.
According to the priest, the heavily armed boys ordered him upstairs with gun fixated at his head to fetch his SUV key which they made away with.
Shortly after this, a medical doctor resident in Uga, who demanded anonymity reported this ordeal to us stating that he got robbed of his SUV tonight as well.
According to the medical doctor, he was returning from a surgery session from another hospital in the suburb of Uga whilst rushing to go carry out another surgery at his own hospital in Uga(name withheld) when he got double crossed by these same guys. They were inside the already stolen SUV belonging to the Rev. Fr above.

He immediately recognized the vehicle as Rev. Father’s own as it was familiar. The boys immediately pulled him over and ordered him down. It was around 7pm in the evening (it wasn’t dark already as people could see what was happening).
They were in the gang of 6 with 3 seated at the Rev. Fr’s SUV whilst 3 were the ones handling him.
The 3 boys had 2 AK-47 and one with a Pump action.
They demanded whom he was as he explained to them that he is a Medical doctor who just finished saving a life.
Something like luck would shine on him as they decided to kidnap him rather than kill him as he was ordered to enter his car and drive with one of the boys already seated inside. The two returned to their SUV expecting the Doctor to enter and drive behind them.
Immediately, the doctor ran into the nearby bush and continued running till he couldn’t get a sight of human being.
That was how he escaped being kidnapped tonight as his SUV was taken by those criminals.
I feel terribly ashamed to imagine that Anambra state has degenerated to this level……. Tears drop!…. I can’t say much anymore.
