Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, Oversees Demolition Of Hotels, Bars, Others In Eleme LGA For Violating COVID-19 Lockdown.
Governor Wike is overtly aggressive in his chosen approach towards taming the defaulters of the state’s lockdown law.
Recall that Governor Wike barricaded the border with Abia state and River State (images) with some metallic gates in a bid to restrict any vehicular movements in and out of the state.
Sequel to that, he had carried out his demolition of hotels and shops threats as most residents ain’t seemingly happy with his approach while some seem indifferent about it all…
Some are of the opinion that he would have sealed the places and fined them accordingly than demolish……
