Frustration in the South-East INEC Voters Registration heightens (video)

Thousands of youths from the south east, especially Enugu state have gone out en-masse to get captured for PVC.

Unfortunately, the frustration is getting to them as report reveals that only two capturing machines were available to capture thousands of participants.

This notably is more in the South-Eastern part of Nigeria.

Why not use different wards or designate more staff and Centers to aid efficiency?
