Deadline for PVC collection yet New PVCs ain’t ready, Nigerians react against INEC (video)

INEC Nigeria seems to be getting Nigerian voters more confused by the day with their incongruous statements not matching with substantial and verifiable evidences of seriousness.

INEC was quick to publish dates for PVC collection and deadline for collection without having all voters cards readily available.

Why fix deadline for PVC collection?

How on earth should there be any deadline for someone to Collect his/her own personal voter’s card? It means, if one’s job or location isn’t disposed for one to travel to go collect the voters card within the stipulated date, INEC would disenfranchise a qualified and duly registered voter?

To start with, what’s CVR?

Continuous Voter Registration. It actually means that voters card registration is actually supposed to be a continuous exercise but yet, INEC Succeeded in stopping the registration long time ago.

No issues, but why stating a deadline for PVC collection?

Can you imagine?

The above placard was from INEC OFFICE IN MUSHIN, local government area in Lagos state.

Less than two months to the General elections and INEC is still telling Nigerians that registered newly that their PVCs are indefinitely not ready.

The reason they gave for closing the CVR was to give them time to get the PVCs ready and yet, months later, they are far from being ready.

Above is a video from Garki, Abuja where registrants are gathered to seek for PVC collection and were meted with serious frustration by the INEC STAFF.

However, some Nigerians have been able to collect their PVCs as some PVCs especially the old ones are yet to be collected as well.

Below are Reactions from Nigerians…
