Nigerian and Africas richest man Aliko Dangote comes under criticism once again as a Nigerian decides to bring his accusations to the fore.
Dangote, no doubt has contributed to the Nigerian economy immensely and a proud son of the soil, however, most Nigerians are really complaining about some undue advantages he often gets from the Government which he keeps benefiting at the expense of other manufacturers in same cadre.

✍️Over the last couple of years, the DPR, and now NMDPRA has always placed a rigid restrictions on the spec of white Petroleum Products, that any company can produce or bring into Nigeria…
✍️The quality specifications for all the white Petroleum Products, that are supposed to come into Nigeria or refined here, from the pms, to the gasoil to the DPK, have been clearly spelt out..
✍️All the refiners, from OPAC,to Waltersmith to Edo Refinery to Niger Delta Refinery have maintained and adhered to this quality specifications…
✍️Globally, the lower the sulfur content of the gasoil [commonly known as Deseil], the more expensive it is …
✍️Now, out of the blues, the Dangote Refineries came into the picture… They neglected the Refinery of the pms , to which they were so hyped as coming to reduce the price , and delved fully into the production of gasoil .
✍️To gain unfair advantage , over the other modular refiners and marketers of the white Petroleum products, they went into productions of gasoil , whose sulfur content specifications, were way off the specs recommended by the NMDPRA…
✍️What did the NMDPRA do? Rather than compel Dangote to refine the gasoil to meet , the sulfur content specifications, that it abinitio approved, they offered him a waiver …
✍️An undue advantage, over the other competitions in the market…

✍️Fair competition, where there is huge Production over demand, price will crash always…but this kind of unfair games by the regulator, is pure ojoro
✍️President Bola Tinubu Government, should borrow a leave from President Yar Adua and stop this kinds of unfair trade games..
