DangoteĀ management has released a press statement debunking the published news of theĀ NNPC lifting their oil yet.
Ok….. Have you seen his press release?
My questions are below :
Dear Dangote, what exactly does this press statement tend to achieve? How does it concern the ordinary Nigerian suffering currently to buy petrol at the price of 1,300 naira?
Majority of Nigerians actually thought that your refinery emergence would mean an end to the NNPC and FG wahala…. They actually thought your petrol would crash the Pump price… Poor Nigerians!!!Ā
Announcing that crude would be sold to you in Nigeria was hailed by all… Many were Rejoicing saying that would be amazing…Ā

Unfortunately, your Private refinery (so Nigerians thought) is only but an annex of NNPCL… Obviously, NNPCL seems to have opened a subsidiary unlike what majority of Nigerians wanted…
It’s such a pity…Ā
Ā a paragraph in your statement above Cleary stated and i quote… “, The PMS market is strictly regulated”….why is the Downstream sector not deregulated? Why is NNPC seeking to be a sole distributor of your products in a supposed deregulated sector because i heard NNPC talking about MARKET FORCES determining the price…. Which market forces abeg?Ā
It’s finished…. Please, any press release that wouldn’t talk about price crash should be kept between you and your business partners (NNPCL)….
Spare Nigerians please……Ā
Kachifooo…Ā
