It’s yet another sad day to behold in Awka, Anambra state as Mobil petrol station situated at the popular Unizik Junction was gutted by fire.
The inferno started at about 1:30pm as a petrol laden tanker caught fire while discharging its content.
Jkcyno news gathered that the men of the fire 🔥 service came in time as the fire was still trying to escalate but couldn’t contain the heavy inferno.
As the time of filling this report, details of the level of destruction is still sketchy but its not looking good at the moment…
