Some of the Nigerian clerics are beginning to speak up especially after the rape and desecration of Democracy that happened in Nigeria with the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC Chairman, Mahmoud Yakubu personally declaring Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President-elect.
Some real Bishops have spoken up, challenging the Judiciary on why the long delay in commencing the judicial process. Just like it happened in Kenya 🇰🇪 where Ruto was sworn in as Kenya’s president amidst all the brouhaha, Supreme Court upheld Ruto’s election as Kenyan president-elect.
All these happened within 7days post election whilst in Nigeria, it’s taking like forever before the case hearing.
Why is Nigeria’s issues often different from the general global standards?
Just like Agbakoba said, all these can also be resolved within few weeks in Nigeria if the Judiciary is sincere enough.
