The above capital budget is shocking….
Nigeria’s Ministry of Agriculture budget ₦1.5bn to repair Ikorodu road,
₦500bn to build a sports complex Ekiti
₦1.68bn to fix streetlights in Edo, Kebbi, Lagos, etc
Please ooh,” abi my eyes dey pain me” . Since when did the minister of agriculture turn to minister of roads & works ? Not to even mentioned minister of sport.
Is there any major farms in ikorodu ? That this road is so so important?
All these happen in a Dysfunctional country…
Who would hold who responsible?
Imagine if all these Billons are all put into good use and channeled towards massive Mechanized farming?
