Imo Black Cab: Innoson Buses Replace Keke In Owerri (Photos)

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]mo state is certainly the rave of the moment with Rochas Okorocha skimming up with some infamous and Somewhat unusual pronouncements.

It would be recalled that Rochas Okorocha reportedly banned the use of Tricycle popularly known as KEKE in Owerri which raised a heavy dust upon such declaration.

However, he seems to be out with another policy to replace the banned “keke” with Innoson buses known as “IMO BLACK CAB”.

Though, most Imo people are quite cynical about this move.
